100% Black cherry juice not only tastes delicious but it’s also got an incredible amount of health benefits! This ingredient is also perfect for after workouts as it aids in muscle recovery and may also help to boost immunity and reduce inflammation as well!
Tips- Homemade Gatorade
Coconut water and Black Cherry Juice can be expensive to purchase if you go to the wrong places! In the USA. I love to get the Whole Foods brand 365 one litre coconut water for only $3 and a litre of 100% pure natural Black cherry juice from Aldi (no preservatives or added sugar) for about $4. These two shops have made this natural gatorade very affordable for me and last about a week.
However, if you go to a boujee health foods store, you might find yourself spending nearly $10 on just one of these ingredients! (I’ve seen 100% pure Black cherry juice priced for $9 at Kroger!) Just be sure to do your best research on the stores nearby you and which option has the most affordable (yet real and organic) ingredients.

- Pink Himalayan Salt- or Celtic salt
- Key Lime
- Honey

Natural Homemade Gatorade
Ingredients
- 2.5 cups Coconut Water
- 1.5 Cups 100% Black Cherry Juice
- 1/8 Teaspoon Pink HImalayan Salt or Celtic Salt
- Key lime optional
- 2 Teaspoons Honey optional
Instructions
- Combine your coconut water, black cherry juice, and salt (and optional ingredient sir using) into a mason jar or large juice container and stir to combine, Keep in the fridge for 5-7 days (if it even lasts that long) and enjoy after an intense workout!
