These shots tend to be very concentrated compared to juices are are typically a lot stronger than your usual cold pressed juice.

These shots are super simple by only including 3 ingredients but are absolutely delicious! The sweetness of the apples pairs extremely well with the spiciness of the ginger and floral notes of the fresh thyme.

  • 12 Tangerines sub 7 oranges
  • 1/2 Whole Pineapple
  • 1 Cup FRESH Turmeric can sub for 3 tablespoons powdered turmeric
  • 2 Hands Ginger 1 for less spicy
  • 5 Carrots medium size
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper

With two cucumbers as the base, this dandelion greens wellness shot is slightly bitter but incredibly good for you and has major detoxing propetries. If you don’t like the taste of dandelion, feel free to sub with kale or any greens of choice!

  • 1 Dandelion greens entire bundle
  • 1 Cucumber use 2 to make less concentrated
  • 4 Apples any kind is fine
  • 2 Hands Ginger

How to store Immunity Wellness Shots

After making these wellness shots, make sure to take them every day! The storage method will depend on the juice extraction process. If using a cold press juicer (for example, and of Kuvings cold press juicers) these shots will last about 3 days in the fridge.

If using a cheap juicer or blender, the shots will only retain nutrients for up to 30 minutes before the nutrients start to dissapate. This is because when blender or using a high speed juicer, the fruit/vegetables are slightly heated up. If you don’t plan on drinking these shots within that period of time, store them in the freezer in ice cube trays for up to 2 weeks; thaw and drink when you’re ready!
