This male stamina vegan high protein shake is made from pure plant based ingredients without protein powder and contains over 30 grams of protein!

This shake is dedicated to Jamaican Rastas in which I have learned so much from. Rastas on the streets of Jamaican selling roots tonics and herbal concoctions tend to sell for everyone but especially remedies to help with male bodily functions.

This protein shake is of course for both men and women but it is my version of a Jamaican roots tonic male energy drink!

Protein Break Down

Pumpkin Seeds- 13 g

Oats- 5 g

Peanut Butter– 12 g

If you want even MORE protein, try adding an extra 3 tablespoons of hemp seeds which will bump this up to 40 grams of protein! Just be aware that you will be extremely full afterwards.
