This Jamaican roots tonic male stamina protein shake has over 30 grams of protein and is perfect for both men and women and is packed with plant based protein and doesn't have any protein powder!

- 1/2 Teaspoon Ceylon Cinnamon
- 1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 3 Medjool Dates for sweetness
- 2.5 Cups Fresh Coconut Milk or more if needed, for healthy fat & added electrolytes
- 1 Tablespoon Sea Moss Gel or more if desired
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1/4 Cup Soaked Pepitas (Pumpkin Seeds)
- 1/2 Cup Oats
- 3 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
I prefer to soak my pumpkin seeds (pepitas) overnight ro better digestion.Combine all the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth and well combined. You may or may not have to add extra coconut milk because this will be super thick!!
