This juice is great for beginners as well as children! I love the thick richness that comes from the kiwi and the sweet refreshing taste provided by the pear. Romaine lettuce is one of the easiest greens to consume for those who are weary of “green” taste. However, if you’re used to the taste of leafy greens, I say bump up the recipe and replace the romaine with kale!

Recommended Juicer- Sweet green juice recipe

Kuvings REVO830 Sweet green juice recipe

Of course any juicer or even blender can be used for this recipe however not all juicers are created equally. For a few years, I used cheaper juicers (around the $50 – $100 mark) and had extremely wet pulp as well as a low juice liquid yield. That means I was using a lot of fruit and not getting enough liquid. This was because of the type of juicer I was using. Many cheaper juicers are high speed which not only prevent high liquid yield but also heat up the nutrients. Due to the nutrients being heated up, the juice lasts about 30 minutes before it starts to lose nutrients.

A cold press juicer is the way to go for this sweet green juice recipe. If you’re serious about juicing and plan on doing it every day, I highly recommend. My favorite is the Kuvings REVO830 by far. However, there are multiple juicers offered at different price points. Not only do Kuvings’ high quality juicers last 72 hours in the fridge, there is also a 10 year warranty! Talk about a deal! Use my code ITALEATS at www.kuvingsusa.com to get 10% off all their juicers!
