Healthy strawberry milk is so easy to make and beats store bought any day! Using fresh strawberries, maple syrup, and vanilla, let’s create the best strawberry milk you’ll ever have.

I remember the strawberry milk cartons we used to be offered in school Yeah, those tasted like pure medicine. Artificial strawberry milk often has that artificial syrup-y taste but this strawberry milk is incredibly fresh, sweet, and addictive.
What You’ll Need- Healthy Strawberry Milk

-
Milk (or sea salt & almonds to make fresh milk)

How to make Healthy Strawberry Milk
Step One:
If making an almond milk from scratch, soak your nuts overnight and strain the soaking water. Blend with fresh water and strain with a nut milk bag or strainer.
Step Two:
Combine your milk of choice into a blender with the fresh strawberries, maple syrup, sea salt, and vanilla until everything is combined (about 40-60 seconds). I never strain it out but you can if you please.
Serve chilled and enjoy!

How to store Healthy Strawberry Milk
If you are using store bought milk, the homemade strawberry milk can last up to 6-7 days. However, if you are making your nut milk from scratch, it will only last about 3-4 days. Make sure to drink up!
Store in an airtight mason jar to preserve freshness and taste and combine into smoothie or drink as is for that perfect hit of nostalgia!
