  • Dandelion Greens (optional)
  • Apples
  • Cucumber

How to make Cilantro Detox Juice Recipe

Step One:

Cut your produce in the appropriate size for your juicer or blender.

Step Two:

Juicer: Juice the product in the juicer and strain if necessary. Serve over ice and enjoy!

Blender: Add extra water/coconut water if necessary for blending. Place everything into a blender and blend with the fresh produce until everything is combined. Strain with a nut milk bag or strainer and enjoy.

How to store Cilantro Detox Juice Recipe

Storing depends on the method of juice extraction. If using a blender/high speed juicer, the juice should be consumed right away. These methods only allow the juice to keep its nutrients for 30 minutes up to one day. However, if you use a cold press juicer, the nutrients will also for up to 72 hours or 3 days.

Freezing is also a method. Store in a BPA free plastic water bottle (NOT GLASS!) and freeze for up to 2 weeks. When its time to consume, let it thaw out for a few hours and enjoy!
