How to store blended Chia Pudding

Good news- this chocolate chia seed pudding can last in the fridge for up to 5 days making it perfect for meal prep!

The longer it sits, the more gel like it becomes so feel free to add a splash of plant milk if you wish when dishing it up for a serving.

Notes

**If you have a stomach that is sensitive to nuts and seeds like me, be cautious about your portions, especially because these chia seeds have not been soaked. Eating a large amount of un soaked chia seeds may cause abdominal pain. To completely avoid this, try soaking the chia seeds in your plant milk for 4 hours to overnight and then blending!
