No, juicing is not just some trendy fad and it’s not going anywhere anytime soon. Its a much healthier alternative to store bought, sugary drinks that are loaded with chemicals and dyes. Overall, there are so many health benefits to juicing and the product tastes as good as it is for you!

Becuase a lot of the fiber is removed from the fruit/vegetables, the juice is absorbed into the stomach much quicker as opposed to eating the produce in it’s natural state.
I love to start off my day with a freshly made cold pressed juice because its the easiest thing for my stomach to digest first thing in the morning.

Juicing allows you to enjoy the benefits of many fruits/vegetables, without all the chewing and heavy digestion that comes with the produce in its original state! For example, juicing an entire bunch of kale everyday would be a lot easier than eating.

There are certain fruits and vegetables known to boost energy levels such as mango, oranges, apples, and certain leafy greens. Starting your day off intentionally with a fresh juice instead of a caffeine, anxiety inducing coffee is one of the best ways to boost energy levels naturally!
For an extra kick, I love to make super easy wellness shots with lots of ginger, turmeric, black pepper, and orange. This combination wakes me up in a few seconds, energizes me, and allows me such a high boost of energy to conquer the day!
Better hydration
Many people may be suprised to hear that I prefer to hydrate with fresh cold press juice over drinking a gallon of water each day. When I was religiously drinking a gallon of water, I was peeing every hour and still somehow not feeling very hydrated.
However, when I drink cold press juices, especially watermelon juice, I feel so much more hydrated and don’t have to go to the bathroom as often. The juice from freshly pressed fruit/veggies is also known as H302; I am not one of the people who refusdes to drink water as I believe water is absolutely necesary for survival. Whenever I feel like I haven’t been eating properly, consuming a lot of alcohol or fried foods, I love to detox my body with fresh juices. Giving your body a break from digesting unhealthy, heavily processed foods and juicing produce such as dandelion greens can work as a wonderful detox. Drinking detoxfying juices can also help to flush the body of toxins, parasites, and heavy metals.
