Strawberry Overnight Oats

These high protein strawberry overnight oats are the perfect raw vegan breakfast recipe! They're the ideal meal prep breakfast recipe because when your're ready you can just grab it out the fridge!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 Cup Strawberries frozen or fresh
  • 3 Tablespoons Hemp Seeds to mix with water
  • 1.5 Cup water
  • 2 Medjool Dates
  • 2 Tablespoons Chia seeds
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Blend the hemp seeds, strawberries, and water until the water has turned white and everything is well combined (about 1 minutes). Straining is not necessary
  • Combine the oats, hemp milk, and all your other ingredients into a mason jar. You may need to add more oats/plant milk to your liking. Seal and let rest in the fridge for a minimum of 5 hours
  • The next day, the oats will be extremely creamy and almost pudding like. Enjoy as breakfast or a snack!
