A must try super delicious and filling protein smoothie that gives off such tropical vibes!
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Frozen Pineapple
- 1.5-2 Cups Coconut Milk
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 3 Tablespoons Hemp seeds 10 G protein
- 2 Medjool Dates for sweetness
- 1 Teaspoon Maca Powder optional, for hormone balance
- 1 Teaspoon Ashwaghanda Powder optional, for hormone balance
Instructions
