Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Frozen Pineapple
  • 1.5-2 Cups Coconut Milk
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 3 Tablespoons Hemp seeds 10 G protein
  • 2 Medjool Dates for sweetness
  • 1 Teaspoon Maca Powder optional, for hormone balance
  • 1 Teaspoon Ashwaghanda Powder optional, for hormone balance

Instructions
 

  • Place all your ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy as a quick protein pick me up sweet treat!
