These snickers energy balls are the perfect healthy snack to satisfy a sweet treat! They’re filled with healthy fats and are an awesome after workout pick me up treat and take less than 5 minutes to make!
When I say these are tewwwww good! I no longer eat candy and making this recipe was such a win for me because I know exactly what’s goes into each bite. No artificial chemicals that you can’t pronounce, just whole, pure plant foods.
The gooey-ness of the dates combined with the chocolate-y cacao and roasted peanuts make for such a divine and delicious healthy snack!
Snickers Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Peanut Butter use raw if you want fully raw
- 1/2 Cup Roasted Peanuts or Walnuts use raw if you want full raw
- 1/4 Cup Walnuts
- 1/4 Cup Cacao Powder
- 6-7 Medjool Dates soaked in hot water, more or less to taste
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Instructions
- To make this easier to blend, soak your medjool dates in hot water for 2-5 minutes. This is completely optional but will blend much easier in the energy balls@
- Add all of your ingredients into a food processor and pulse until your desired consistency has been reached. Roll them into ball size shapes and store in the fridge for up to 5 days!
