These snickers energy balls are the perfect healthy snack to satisfy a sweet treat! They’re filled with healthy fats and are an awesome after workout pick me up treat and take less than 5 minutes to make!

When I say these are tewwwww good! I no longer eat candy and making this recipe was such a win for me because I know exactly what’s goes into each bite. No artificial chemicals that you can’t pronounce, just whole, pure plant foods.

The gooey-ness of the dates combined with the chocolate-y cacao and roasted peanuts make for such a divine and delicious healthy snack!

    Snickers Energy Balls

    These snickers energy balls are naturally sweetened with dates, so easy to make, and are the perfect healthy snack to satisfy your sweet treat!

    Ingredients
      

    • 1/4 Cup Peanut Butter use raw if you want fully raw
    • 1/2 Cup Roasted Peanuts or Walnuts use raw if you want full raw
    • 1/4 Cup Walnuts
    • 1/4 Cup Cacao Powder
    • 6-7 Medjool Dates soaked in hot water, more or less to taste
    • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
    • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla

    Instructions
     

    • To make this easier to blend, soak your medjool dates in hot water for 2-5 minutes. This is completely optional but will blend much easier in the energy balls@
    • Add all of your ingredients into a food processor and pulse until your desired consistency has been reached. Roll them into ball size shapes and store in the fridge for up to 5 days!
