Snickers Energy Balls
These snickers energy balls are naturally sweetened with dates, so easy to make, and are the perfect healthy snack to satisfy your sweet treat!

- 1/4 Cup Peanut Butter use raw if you want fully raw
- 1/2 Cup Roasted Peanuts or Walnuts use raw if you want full raw
- 1/4 Cup Walnuts
- 1/4 Cup Cacao Powder
- 6-7 Medjool Dates soaked in hot water, more or less to taste
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
To make this easier to blend, soak your medjool dates in hot water for 2-5 minutes. This is completely optional but will blend much easier in the energy balls@
Add all of your ingredients into a food processor and pulse until your desired consistency has been reached. Roll them into ball size shapes and store in the fridge for up to 5 days!
