What you’ll need
- Hemp seeds- Duh. These can easily be found at health food stores, Walmart, and most grocery stores. However, they’re the cheapest on Amazon. Use this link to get your hands on some.
- Vanilla- Optional but makes it taste amazing!
- Pink Himalayan Salt- optional
- Water
How to make hemp seed milk
Step One:
Put all of your ingredients into a blender and pulse for anywhere in between 45-60 seconds.
Step Two:
After blending, the hemp milk should be frothy, creamy. The milk does not need any straining. Store in a mason jar in the fridge for up to 5 days and enjoy!

Homemade hemp milk can last up to 5 days in the fridge making it perfect for meal prep or the best addition to your favourite cereal!
I would not recommend freezing as this milk only takes 5 minutes to prep and make and does not even require straining.
