Matcha Lattes- I’ve made so many iced matcha lattes with this syrup and the taste is so delicious every time!

How to make Hibiscus Simple Syrup
Step One:
Combine the sugar, water, grated ginger and dried hibiscus in a pot and put the heat on low medium.
Step Two:
Once the pot reached a bubble (should take about 3-5 minutes, turn the heat on low and allow to simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
Step Three:
Turn off the heat and let sit covered for another 5 or so minutes. Wait until it cools and store in the fridge up to two weeks and enjoy!
