This decadent yet easy to make hibiscus simple syrup is perfect to make homemade sodas, pour over iced cream, or add a unique flavor to iced coffee or matcha lattes!

- 1 Cup Dried Hibiscus Flowers use 3/4 cup for less intense flavor!
- 1 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup Cane Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Agave Syrup
- 1.5 Teaspoon Ginger grated
Combine the sugar, water, grated ginger and dried hibiscus in a pot and put the heat on low medium.
Once the pot reached a bubble (should take about 3-5 minutes, turn the heat on low and allow to simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let sit covered for another 5 or so minutes. Wait until it cools and store in the fridge up to two weeks and enjoy!
