Traditional dairy ranch dressing is filled with fattening creams, loaded with tummy turning dairy, and I honestly never felt good after consuming them!
This vegan recipe is alkalizing, electric, and protein packed as well as filled with many nutrients and health benefits.
What are hemp seeds?
Yes, hemp hearts come from the hemp plant but have no ability to give you the “buzz” you might be thinking about.
This plant is extremely protein packed and has 10 grams of protein in just 3 tablespoons. It’s my favorite vegan protein powder replacement!
Hempseeds also offer a great amount of fiber, help to improve the body’s immunity, and is a wonderful source of omega 3’s.
Hemp seeds also contain magnesium, calcium, and may help to fight constipation.
So basically, this ranch dressing is not only vegan and dairy free but a fully guilt free dipping sauce!
The entire recipe takes 5 minutes to put together and last up to a week in the fridge.
