  • Rosemary- You can use dried but I prefer fresh leaves
  • Water

How to make easy rosemary tea

Step One:

Place your rosemary (fresh or dried) into a small sauce pan along with the water. Allow this just to reach a boil and then turn the heat on low and simmer for the next 10 minutes.

Step Two:

Note: Do keep in mind that the longer you let the tea simmer, the more vibrant the cooler and taste!

Allow the tea to cook a bit before drinking and enjoy as is or with any additives listed down below.

What else to add to rosemary tea

  • Ginger- Ginger adds to the anti-inflammatory properties.
  • Honey- As a sweetener, or agave for vegans.
  • Lemon- Adds a little refreshing citrus kick!
  • Peppermint- To deepen the floral and herbal notes as well as added health benefits!
