What is tahini?

Tahini is the sesame seed equivalent of peanut butter. It is, in simple terms, blended or processed sesame seeds. Its extremely popular in Middle Eastern Cuisine, Dr. Sebi approved alkaline, and straight up delicious!

There are many ways to dress up tahini. It can be used to spread over toast, sprinkle into dates, or the base of a creamy non dairy pasta sauce.

Health benefits of peanut butter

Other than peanut butter being super tasty, its very good for you IF bought naturally. I used to hate peanut butter when it was loaded with sugar and super thick. My favorite type is the kind that is super runny dropping down your spoon, not the stiff over processed kind. Feel free to sub for almond butter or walnut butter for a Dr. Sebi approved alkaline version. Regardless, a creamy and natural peanut butter does wonders in this dressing.
