Chia seeds are such super foods! Although tiny, they’re surely mighty and offer 5 grams of protein per 2 tablespoon serving, contain ample amounts of fiber, and are loaded with omega 3’s.
Chia seeds also have a fair amount of iron, contain lots of antioxidants, and may even aid with weight loss! Making a chia seed pudding takes literally 5 minutes to prepare and has a powerhouse of nutrients making it the perfect raw vegan breakfast!

- Cacao Powder
- Dates
- Plant Milk
- Vanilla
- Cinnamon
How to store blended Chia Pudding
Good news- this chocolate chia seed pudding can last in the fridge for up to 5 days making it perfect for meal prep!
The longer it sits, the more gel like it becomes so feel free to add a splash of plant milk if you wish when dishing it up for a serving.

Chocolate Blended Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 2.5-3 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 3-4 Teaspoons Cacao Powder
- 1 Cup Plant Milk
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla optional
- 1/2 Teaspoons Cinnamon optional
- 3 Dates more or less, adjust to sweetness level desired
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into your blender and pulse until a smooth, creamy texture has been reached. You may want to add a bit more milk it it is too thick for you at this point.
- Pour the mixture into mason jars. Allow the pudding to sit for 3-4 hours. The longer, the better as it has time to chill and thicken a bit more. Top it with fruit and enjoy!
