      How to make Aloe vera Juice

      Step One: Carefully cut the aloe vera plant and scrape out the gel. If you notice a yellow substance draining, discard this as its. not to be consumed.

      Step Two: If using a juicer, place all the ingredients into the juicer and strain if desired. If using a blender, blend with a bit of coconut water, strain with a nut milk bag and enjoy!
