What you’ll need- Chickpea Cucumber Salad
🥬Chickpeas
🥬English Cucumber
🥬Fresh Basil
🥬Cherry Tomatoes
🥬Lemon
🥬Olive Oil
🥬Salt
🥬Black Pepper
🥬Cayenne Pepper Powder
🥬Nutritional yeast
🥬Red Onion
How to make Chickpea Cucumber Salad-

Step One:
Make sure all your produce and canned chickpeas have been properly washed and dried.
Thinly Slice your red onion, English cucumber, and your fresh basil. Chop your cherry tomatoes into halves.
Step Two:
Throw everything into a medium sized bowl. Add the dry seasonings, olive oil, and juice the lemon. Adjust for preferred taste and enjoy!
How to store Chickpea Cucumber Salad
This delicious and refreshing chickpea cucumber salad is perfect for meal prep and storing! This salad can safely store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Water may accumulate at the bottom of the salad as the salt will draw out moisture from the cucumbers.
