Easy Chia Seed Pudding

An easy, low effort, high protein raw vegan breakfast; this easy chia seed pudding recipe is perfect for those busy mornings when ou can't be bothered to cook breakfast!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 3 Tablespoons Hemp Hearts 10 G protein
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple syrup or agave, more or less to taste
  • 1/ Teaspoon Cinnamon optional

Instructions
 

  • Blend the hemp hearts with the water for about 60 seconds.
  • Now, grab a mason jar or container and add in your homemade hemp milk with the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine.
    Allow this to sit overnight for for at least 5 hours. This will help it set and turn into a pudding consistency and make it easier to digest .
  • Your chia pudding is ready when its creamy and thick, enjoy with some fresh fruit an an optional extra splash of plant milk!
