- 4 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 3 Tablespoons Hemp Hearts 10 G protein
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 Tablespoon Maple syrup or agave, more or less to taste
- 1/ Teaspoon Cinnamon optional
Blend the hemp hearts with the water for about 60 seconds.
Now, grab a mason jar or container and add in your homemade hemp milk with the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine.Allow this to sit overnight for for at least 5 hours. This will help it set and turn into a pudding consistency and make it easier to digest . Your chia pudding is ready when its creamy and thick, enjoy with some fresh fruit an an optional extra splash of plant milk!
