Mango Banana Protein Smoothie
This easy to make delicious mango banana protein smoothie is packed with naturally occuring plant based protein and does not contain any expensive chalky tasting protein powders!

Ingredients
- 2 Large Mangoes
- 1.5 Banana
- 3 Tablespoons Peanut butter 12 g protein
- 3 Tablespoons Hemp Seeds 10 g protein
- 1.5 Cups Plant Milk soy milk is highest in protein
- 2-3 Medjoool dates for added sweetness and fiber
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla optional
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon optional
- 1 Teaspoon Maca Powder optional, for hormone balance
- 1 Teaspoon Ashwaghanda Powder optional, for hormone balance
Instructions
- You can either freeze your fruit overnight or add ice, your choice!Blend all the ingredients together for about 60 seconds, serve in your favorite aesthetic cup, and enjoy!

If you use soy milk for this recipe, that is an extra 13.5 grams of protein!
