What you’ll need- Vanilla Hummus

chickpeas, vanilla, dates
  • Cooked Chickpeas
  • Tahini- Or other nut butter
  • Soaked Dates
  • Date Water
  • Cinnamonn
  • Vanilla
  • Nutmeg
  • Salt

How to make vanilla dessert hummus

Step One:

Soak your dates in hot water for about 5 minutes. Be sure to reserve 1/2 a cup of the water.

Once the dates are nice and soft, add in all your ingredients, including the saved date water into the food processor and blend until smooth.

  • 1/4 Cup Tahini or another neutral nut butter
  • 4-5 Soaked Dates
  • 1/2 Cup Soaked Date Water
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1.5 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/8 Nutmeg
  • Pinch Salt
