Vanilla Dessert Hummus
This delicious and easy to make vanilla dessert hummus Is packed with protein, free from refined sugar, and is the perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth !

- 1 Cup Cooked Chickpeas
- 3/4 Cup Cooked Chickpeas
- 1/4 Cup Tahini or another neutral nut butter
- 4-5 Soaked Dates
- 1/2 Cup Soaked Date Water
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1.5 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/8 Nutmeg
- Pinch Salt
Soak your dates in hot water for about 5 minutes. Be sure to reserve 1/2 a cup of the water. Once the dates are nice and soft, add in all your ingredients, including the saved date water into the food processor and blend until smooth.
