Health Benefits of Papaya

Papaya is loaded with pro and prebiotics and are great for strengthening the body’s immune system! They help your tummy with digestion and i love consuming this fruit whenever my stomach feels off.

Not many people know about the benefits of the papaya seeds. The seeds can be dehydrated and used as an alkaline replacement for black pepper powder as they’re super spicy. I alos like to add in two teaspoons of the fresh seeds in a smoothie or juice as they’re great for evicting parasites out of the body!

This juice is made to be more of a tropical fruit punch but definitely still focuses on the papaya flavor! It is of course quite versatile so you can exclude or include another ingredient wherever you see fit.

Recommended Juicer- Papaya Juice Recipe

For today’s juice, I’m using my new favorite cold press juicer, the Kuvings Auto10. It is a bit pricey but has a generous 15 year warranty and can also make nut milks, sorbet, ice cream, and of course juices.

Use code ITALEATS for 10% off all Kuvings juicers via this link! Check out the Kuvings USA (or whichever country your location is) website to view other models such as the C7000 and Ev0820.

The pulp produced is also extremely dry which means you get the most out of your money. When I had a cheaper high speed juicer, the pulp was extremely wet and I had to run it through several times.

Kuvings also offers other models at affordable prices as well as a monthly payment plan.

Be sure to use my code ITALEATS during checkout to receive $70 off all the juice models Kuvings has to offer!

How to make Papaya Juice Recipe

Step One:

Cut your produce in the appropriate size for your juicer or blender. Cut the papaya into half then remove the seeds (they are spicy but great for parasite cleanse so don’t throw away!).

Step Two:

Juicer: Juice the product in the juicer and strain if necessary.

Blender: Add extra water/coconut water if necessary for blending. Place everything, including the powders and vanilla, into a blender and blend with the fresh produce until everything is combined. Strain with a nut milk bag or strainer and enjoy.

How to store Papaya Juice Recipe

Storing depends on the method of juice extraction. If using a blender/high speed juicer, the juice should be consumed right away. These methods only allow the juice to keep its nutrients for 30 minutes up to one day. However, if you use a cold press juicer, the nutrients will also for up to 72 hours or 3 days.

Freezing is also a method. Store in a BPA free plastic water bottle (NOT GLASS!) and freeze for up to 2 weeks. When its time to consume, let it thaw out for a few hours and enjoy!
