These vegan Jamaican jerk tacos are one of my favorite recipes I’ve made in a MINUTE. Created with meaty shredded king trumpet mushrooms, this recipe is ready in under 20 minutes and a major crowd pleaser!
Whether you’re on a time crunch and want some flavourful food, or cooking for friends on taco night, this recipe is well seasoned, easy to make, and loaded with Jamaican flavor!

This recipe will be using my homemade cashew cheese sauce which is one of my favorites vegan cheeses and is so delicious/healthy! Not to mention preservative free, oh yeahhhhhhhhh!
However, you can feel free to use whichever vegan cheese you desire (I think the cashew cheese works best with this recipe though!
