Cold Press Juicer

Dehydrator

I never knew how much I was missing out in my raw vegan kitchen until I got a dehydrator. Since then, I’ve been able to make incredible wraps, fully raw burgers, falafel, mushroom jerky, and so much more! I use a dehydrator in a lot of my raw vegan recipes so this one is also a pretty important cop.

Plant Based Milk Maker

This product is something I never knew I needed until I got it! I personally use the Nama M1 plant based milk maker to make all my nut milks and it has changed my life. I stopped purchasing store bought nut milks a while ago due to weird preservatives, not to mention these milks are super watery and very expensive! The M1 can do so much more than just plant milks and I’ve even used it to make infused oils and mango lemonade!

Food Processor

A food processor is an absolute must in a raw vegan kitchen! From making energy balls to marinara sauce, this machine is much easier to use than a blender for certain recipes due to a bigger surface area.

Blender

Smoothies, soups, you name it! I personally think every household kitchen needs a blender because it is so versatile and has the ability to create and endless amount of recipes. Kelp Noodles

Kelp noodles are one of the back bones of my raw vegan journey. They’re extremely easy to prepare and taste absolutely delicious. They’re the perfect fully raw vegan, low carb alternative to flour noodles and they only take about 60 seconds to prepare!

Nutritional Yeast

Nutritional yeast is high in vitamin B12, one of the only nutrients that are typically not found in plant based foods. It provides an umami “cheesy” flavor to foods even though its fully vegan and straight up tastes delicious!

Pumpkin Seeds

Pumpkin seeds are one of my raw vegan go-to’s. Just one cup alone contains nearly 40 g of protein! They’re very versatile and can be used in sweet or salty dishes.

Coconut Aminos
