This cranberry fruit punch tastes so incredible and one of the best homemade juices to make during the autumn and winter season! It uses seasonal ingredients and pairs all of the fruit together so well to offer such a sweet and refreshing taste.

This cranberry fruit punch is a MUST MAKE! As mentioned before, it uses seasonal ingredients (an entire bag of cranberries is currently only .99 cents HELLOOOOOO) and it is loaded with vitamins and nutrients.

Health Benefits of Cranberries

These berries aren’t just delicious in a cooked down sauce, but they have so many health benefits, especially in their raw state! Cranberries are loaded with antioxidants that may help to protect the body from different diseases.

Cranberries are also one of the only fruits that may help to prevent UTIs and also may help to provide better digestion and assist in better gut health! These magical winter berries are also anti-inflammatory and packed with vitamin C to help boost immunity.

Needless to say- cranberries are a healthy and delicious fruit! However they’re SUPER tart so we’re going to pair them with some super sweet fruits like pears, apples, oranges, and pomegranate for a delightful and seasonal autumn/winter fruit punch!

Recommended Juicer- Cranberry Fruit Punch

I make all of my juices with one of the best slow coldpress juicers in the world, the Kuvings REVO830 and AUTO10. It is a bit pricey but has a generous 15 year warranty and can also make nut milks, sorbet, ice cream, and of course juices.

The pulp produced is also extremely dry which means you get the most out of your money. When I had a cheaper high speed juicer, the pulp was extremely wet and I had to run it through several times.

Kuvings also offers other models at affordable prices as well as a monthly payment plan.

Use code ITALEATS for 30% off all Kuvings juicers via this link! Check out the Kuvings USA (or whichever country your location is) website to view other models such as the C7000 and Ev0820.

How to store Cranberry Fruit Punch

Storing depends on the method of juice extraction. If using a blender/high speed juicer, the juice should be consumed right away. These methods only allow the juice to keep its nutrients for 30 minutes up to one day.

However, if you use a cold press juicer, the nutrients will also for up to 72 hours or 3 days. Freezing is also a method. Store in a BPA free plastic water bottle (NOT GLASS!) and freeze for up to 2 weeks. When its time to consume, let it thaw out for a few hours and enjoy!
