How to store Cranberry Fruit Punch
Storing depends on the method of juice extraction. If using a blender/high speed juicer, the juice should be consumed right away. These methods only allow the juice to keep its nutrients for 30 minutes up to one day.
However, if you use a cold press juicer, the nutrients will also for up to 72 hours or 3 days. Freezing is also a method. Store in a BPA free plastic water bottle (NOT GLASS!) and freeze for up to 2 weeks. When its time to consume, let it thaw out for a few hours and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 Cup FRESH Cranberries
- 1 Pomegranate remove the seeds from the white skin
- 4 Green Apples
- 1 Orange peeled
- 1-2 Pears
- 4 Leaves & Stem Fresh Sage
Instructions
- Wash your produce appropriately and cut them to the best size to fit your blender or juicer.
- Place all the ingredients into your juicer and press until everything is finished. Serve chilled over ice and enjoy!
