Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1/3 Cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1/2 – 3/4 Cup Pecan Milk or any nut milk
- 1/2 Banana mashed
- 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
Instructions
- In a small sauce pan, mash your banana and stir in the pumpkin puree, add the oatmeal and the rest of the ingredients.
- Cook on low – medium heat for the next 5-10 minutes until cooked stirring every so often. Top off with chopped pecans, pumpkin seeds, maple syrup, and other desires toppings!
