- 1 Cup Frozen strawberries
- 1/2 Fresh Mango use whole if mango is small
- 1/3 cup vegan yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon nut butter
- 2 Teaspoons Hemp seeds
- 1-2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup Almond milk more or less
- 3 Teaspoons Agave or maple syrup, more or less to your taste
Place strawberries first in a blender if using a Nutribullet or Ninja Personal Blender. If you’re using a non personal blender or a machine with the blades on the bottom put the liquid and fresh fruit first (for better blending). Add in the rest of ingredients, blend to desired consistency
Pour in an aesthetically pleasing mason jar or a regular ole cup and enjoy!
