- 1 Cup Plant milk use hempseed or walnut for alkaline

- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 Granny Smith Green Apple
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
First, peel your apple and chop into little cubed pieces. Add the flour and cinnamon and baking powder into a bowl and stir to combine properly.
