Servings 2 Cups

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Fresh Cranberries
  • 1/3 Cup Orange Juice about 1 orange, I used fresh squeezed
  • 1/3 Cup Agave Syrup
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Combine all your ingredients into a small non stick sauce pan. Turn the heat on medium with the cover on the pot and allow this to reach boil.
When the cranberry sauce reaches a boil, turn it to medium-low and start to stir.
  • Allow the cranberries to simmer for about 5-7 minutes. The cranberries will slowly start to soften burst one by one. Using a spatula, gently stir, the cranberries should start to turn jammy quickly.
  • After the 5-7 minutes is up, the cranberry sauce should be ready! If needed, use a fork to mash any leftover larger chunks. Serve alongside a main dish and enjoy!
