Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks or 1 tsp powder
  • 10 ounces Water

Instructions
 

  • Place your cinnamon (stick or powder) into a small sauce pan along with the eater. Allow this just to reach a boil and then turn the heat on low and simmer for the next 10 minutes.
  • Note: When using cinnamon sticks, the colour might not be as vibrant as using the powder. Also, the longer you let the tea simmer, the brighter the cooler and taste!
    Allow the tea to cook a bit before drinking and enjoy as is or with any additives listed down below.
