Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Cooked Chickpeas
  • 1 Cucumber
  • Handful Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Oil Olive or Avocado
  • 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Teaspoons Dried Basil
  • 2.5 Tablespoons Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1/8-1/4 Teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Green Goddess Seasoning mine is from Trader Joes
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Peel and slice our cucumber into small halves. Slice your cherry tomato into halves too and chop your bell pepper into large pieces.
  • Combine all of the ingredients into a bowl, toss and combine. Salt to taste and enjoy!
