This deliciously sweet iced tea is packed with womb healing ingredients made from red raspberry leaf that may help to relieve pain during that time of the month!

- 2 Teaspoons Red Raspberry Leaf Tea
- 2 Teaspoons Fennel Seeds
- 1.5 Cups Water
- 1 Cup Apple juice aka 3 apples if you wish to juice them,
- 1/4 Cup Raspberries
- 6 Lychee fruit can replace with 1 & a half orange !
Combine the red raspberry leaf and fennel seeds in a cup or bowl with hot water. Cover and let sit for the next 10-15 minutes. Allow to cool down uncovered for a bit and strain. Mash raspberries and lychee (can replace with orange) until broken down and the juices come out.
Either use store bought apple juice (non pasteurised sugar free preferred) or juice 3 apples using a cold press juicer.
In a large glass, add in the mashed fruit to the bottom and ice on top. Now, pour in the cooled down, strained tea over the ice. Lastly pour over the apple juice.Stir and enjoy!
