Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Raspberries
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/3 Inch Fresh Ginger
  • Sparkling Water or ginger/lime soda

Instructions
 

  • Using a juicer, juice your raspberries and ginger into a concentrated paste. Alternatively, you can use a muddler or fork to mash raspberries.
    Grate of chop the ginger into tiny pieces and also mash with the ginger. Be sure to strain out the seeds if using the muddle method.
  • Add in the vanilla and agave and taste the paste to see if it is of your desired taste. Add in the paste to about 1/4 way of a glass and then fill the rest with sparkling or carbonated water.
    You can also use a ginger beer soda, kombucha, or lemon/lime soda. Serve over ice and enjoy!
