This period pain relief juice recipe is great to sip on any day, but especialy during that time of the month! It's packed with iron, veggies, and nutrients that women greatly need during our menstrual cycles and may help to reduce pain and discomfort.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Large Handfuls Fresh Moringa Leaves or 2 tablespoons powder
  • 3 Apples any kind
  • 3 Oranges
  • 2 Bok Choy
  • 1/2 Thumb Ginger
  • 1/2 Pineapple

Instructions
 

  • Cut your produce in the appropriate size for your juicer or blender.
  • Juicer: Juice the product in the juicer and strain if necessary. If using moringa powder, stir and properly combine it now. Serve over ice and enjoy!
    Blender: Add extra water/coconut water if necessary for blending. Place everything into a blender and blend with the fresh produce until everything is combined. Strain with a nut milk bag or strainer and enjoy.

Notes

*Try saving the pulp to dry and turn into a healthy green juice powder and mix with water!
