- 1 Cup Cooked Callaloo tightly packed into the measurement cup!
- 1/4 Bell pepper
- 1/3 Onion small
- 2 Scallion
- 4 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Cup Flour
- 3 Thyme sprigs
- 1/2 Scotch Bonnet de-seeded!!!, can replace with habanero
- 1 Cup Water poured in SLOWLY
- 1/2 Cup Oil more or less, shallow fry
Dry Seasonings
- 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
- 2 Teaspoons Jamaican All Purpose
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- Italian Seasoning
- Salt to taste
