Hair Growth Green Tea Hair Rinse
This green tea rinse may help to strengthen strands, relieve the scalp of itchiness and dryness, and help to retain length as well as prevent excessive shedding!

- 2 Green Tea Bags
- 1/2 Teaspoon Nettle Herb
- 1 Teaspoon Moringa Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Peppermint
- 2 Cups Distilled Water
Combine all of the herbs in a HEAT SAFE mason jar with hot water and allow to sit overnight to 24 hours. (The longer it sits, the stronger but don't let it sit for more than 24 hours!)
Once the tea has steeped and cooled, strain very well and put into a bottle for hair application.
After you've shampooed and before you condition, slowly pour the tea rinse into your hair to fully saturate your ends. Massage the mixture into your scalp for about 1-2 minutes and gently rinse out before allowing your conditioner to sit in for about 5 minutes
- I have medium (down to my collar bone) length 4c hair and this tea rinse has done absolute WONDERS for reducing hair shedding!
- Green tea can leave your hair a bit dry so I always make sure to leave my conditioner in for at least 5 minutes afterwards to rehydrate the strands.
