Easy Ginger Beer for Period Cramps

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Teaspoons Raspberry leaf tea
  • 1 Teaspoon Fennel Seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon Calendula
  • 1 Teaspoon Spearmint
  • 1 Liter Water for boiling
  • 3 Lemons
  • 2 Thumbs Fresh Ginger
  • 2 Cups Water to add in the end
  • 1/4 Cup Agave or more or less to your taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine your herbal teas with one litre of boiling water and allow to sit for about an hour. Optional to seep overnight for an even stronger/medicinal blend.
  • Once the tea has fully cooled, juice your ginger thumb and lemon. Combine the juice with the strained tea and the rest of the water.
  • Add agave to taste, serve with ice and enjoy!
