Ingredients

  • 5-7 leaves Jamaican Cinnamon Leaf crushed, adds a "warm" flavor
  • 2 Teaspoons Red Raspberry Leaf
  • 1 Teaspoon Marshmallow Root Tea
  • 1 Teaspoon Vervain
  • 1 Teaspoon Fennel Seeds
  • 750 mL Water around 3 cups
  • 6-7 Apples or 500 ml apple juice
  • 2 Lemons

Instructions

  • Put all of your dried herbs into a small sauce pan with the water on medium heat and allow to reach to a boil.
  • Once the tea has reached a boil, turn off the heat and allow to simmer for the next 15-30 minutes.
  • While the tea is seeping, either make your apple/lemon juice or find a brand that offers cold pressed apple juice.
  • Once the tea has cooled completely, combine with the fresh juice. Feel free to add more or less apple juice a you desire.
    Serve over ice and enjoy!

Notes

  • The tea will be strong! If you're new to herbs, feel free to half the measurements, this is your healing journey after all (:
  •  You can seep/cook the herbs twice (make two batches) for optimal ingredient usage!
