This easy to make, Jamaican cinnamon leaf iced tea is so healing for the womb, refreshing, and perfect to enjoy on a hot day!

- 5-7 leaves Jamaican Cinnamon Leaf crushed, adds a "warm" flavor
- 2 Teaspoons Red Raspberry Leaf
- 1 Teaspoon Marshmallow Root Tea
- 1 Teaspoon Vervain
- 1 Teaspoon Fennel Seeds
- 750 mL Water around 3 cups
- 6-7 Apples or 500 ml apple juice
- 2 Lemons
Put all of your dried herbs into a small sauce pan with the water on medium heat and allow to reach to a boil.
Once the tea has reached a boil, turn off the heat and allow to simmer for the next 15-30 minutes.
While the tea is seeping, either make your apple/lemon juice or find a brand that offers cold pressed apple juice.
Once the tea has cooled completely, combine with the fresh juice. Feel free to add more or less apple juice a you desire.Serve over ice and enjoy!
