Homemade Hemp Milk

This protein packed homemade hemp milk only requires 2 ingredients, takes 5 minutes to make, and one of my favorite plant based milks ever!

Equipment

  • Powerful Blender I used the nutribullet 64 ounce

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Hemp Seeds
  • 3 Cups Water or more if desired thinner
  • Pinch Salt optional
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla optional

Instructions
 

  • Put all of your ingredients into a blender and pulse for anywhere in between 45-60 seconds.
  • After blending, the hemp milk should be frothy, creamy. The milk does not need any straining. Store in a mason jar in the fridge for up to 5 days and enjoy!
