Fresh Ginger Tea

Fresh ginger tea is the solution to everything in my house! It's loaded with health benefits from anti inflammatory, assisting in weight loss, and so much more.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Inch Fresh Ginger
  • 1 Cup Water aka 8 ounces

Instructions
 

  • Grab your thumb of ginger and carefully grater it. The ginger can of course be cut into small pieces but I find grating to be easier, fast, and makes the tea richer and more potent.

  • Place your grated ginger and water into a small sauce pan and turn on the heat to medium-low. Once the water reached just above a boil, immediately turn off the heat.
    Allow this to sit for about 10 - 15 minutes. Strain the ginger granules and enjoy!
